“Rob Farrell and his team carried out the following works as part of our domestic extension and refurbishment programme:

- full rewire of our existing 3 bed detached house

- consumer unit upgrade

- installation of LD2 (or was it LD3??) fire detection system

- electrical installation to 90sqm extension (kitchen, utility room, dining room, family/play room, garage, master bedroom and ensuite ) connected into new CCU

- TV and broadband installation wired back to new central switch cabinet

Rob’s work was of the highest standard, he genuinely treated the installation as if it was to his own home. I wanted to let everyone who might be considering using R. Farrell Electrical for any works know about the ABSOLUTE BEST, FIRST RATE and EXTRA SPECIAL SERVICE we were provided at our property over the course of two working weeks at a very reasonable cost. Rob (R. Farrell Electrical Services) right from the beginning explained everything to us providing us with all the available options open to us so that we knew exactly what was going to be undertaken avoiding any unforeseen surprises which was fantastic.

The first thing to understand and be aware of is that Rob is a genuinely qualified electrical engineer and is certified by professional bodies such as NICEIC and IET who regularly inspect his work to ensure that what he does meets the highest of standards and all regulations, this most definitely showed through in the level and quality of the work he done for us, and came as a great relief as we have had some cowboys in doing electrics in the past who had left us and our property in a dangerous state.

Our new metal fuse box was a work of art and we have honestly never seen one wired up so beautifully, everything that Rob done was done with great finesse and with attention to detail and his skill level really showed through on every aspect of what he done. This was particularly beneficial for us as ours was a tricky house rewire as everything had been recently tiled in the Kitchen, new carpets and wood flooring throughout the rest of the property with most of the internal walls having been insulated with a special membrane which couldn’t be penetrated - Rob overcame all these problems without breaking a single tile or breaching the integrity of the wall insulation or causing any damage – something we genuinely thought would be impossible, and in our view was only achieved because of his extensive knowledge, solid experience and professionalism.

This guy didn’t stop from the minute he arrived in the morning to the very end of each day. He showed 100% understanding and respect to both us, and our house and was impeccably clean – providing special protection to our wood floors, carpets and furniture, and at every juncture where he done something he cleaned up behind himself. This professional family man demonstrates great customer care coupled with supreme expertise, and we will strongly recommend him as the only Electrical Services Provider to ever consider going forward to everyone we know including our closest family and friends. Rob is The Very Best There Is in our opinion and we will never use anyone else.
